  United Kingdom. Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is due to open in 2026. Hilton's wording on October 7 was "later this year".

• Cambridge House 1 February 2027

  London, United Kingdom. Cambridge House will open in a Georgian mansion at 94 Piccadilly in Mayfair, with 102 rooms, a restaurant from Major Food Group and a three-floor spa.

• Conrad Bangkok Sukhumvit Q1 2027

  Thailand. Conrad Bangkok Sukhumvit Queen's Park is anticipated to open in the first quarter of 2027, according to Hilton's release of October 29, 2026.

• Masseria Furnirussi April 2027

  Australia. LXR Hotels & Resorts Gold Coast is anticipated to open in the third quarter of 2027, according to Hilton's release of October 29, 2026.

• Capella Florence 2027

  Italy. Capella Florence is due to open in 2027 and will be Capella's first hotel in Europe. It will have 89 keys, made up of 33 suites and 56 guestrooms, plus 10 residences with a dedicated entrance.

• Four Seasons Hotel Berlin 2027

  Germany. Four Seasons Hotel Berlin is due to open in late 2027, according to the operator's release of December 2, 2025. It will mark the return of Four Seasons to Berlin after 20 years.

  Playa Esmeralda, Dominican Republic. Four Seasons Resort and Residences Dominican Republic at Tropicalia is set to open in 2027, as the operator stated on September 29, 2026.

• Kempinski Saigon River 2027

  Southern Vietnam, Vietnam. Kempinski Saigon River is a planned riverside hotel of 100 guest rooms in Dong Nai, on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City, and Kempinski's first hotel in Vietnam. Its current page says it will welcome guests from 2027.

  Italy. Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina will be the group's first Alpine resort. The operator's hotel page gives the opening as early 2027, and its release of 6 October 2026 repeats 2027.

• Mandarin Oriental, Rome 2027

  Italy. Mandarin Oriental, Rome is scheduled to open in 2027, the date the operator gave in a release of 17 May 2024 and repeated on 16 July and 6 October 2026.

• Milaroca 2027

  Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. Milaroca, A Belmond Hotel, Riviera Nayarit is planned for a 105-acre estate in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico, with a protected two-kilometre beach and a 40-minute drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

• Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco 2027

  Mexico. Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco is expected to welcome its first guests in spring 2027, according to Hyatt's release of September 29, 2026. The date has moved several times.

• Regent Bora Bora 2027

  French Polynesia. Regent Bora Bora is the planned conversion of the InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa, which closed on 1 June 2026 for renovation.

• Rosewood Milan 2027

  Italy. Rosewood Milan is due to open in 2027 with 70 rooms, including approximately 20 suites.

• Rosewood Rome 2027

  Italy. Rosewood Rome is due to open in 2027 at Via Vittorio Veneto 111-119, in the former headquarters of Italy's Banca Nazionale del Lavoro. It will have 147 guestrooms and suites.

• Rosewood Seoul 2027

  South Korea. Rosewood Seoul is due to open in 2027 beside Yongsan Park, within The Parkside Seoul, a development on the former site of the United Nations Command.

• Shell Bay Club and Resort 2027

  Florida, United States. Shell Bay Club and Resort is planned for Florida's Gold Coast, with 60 guest rooms and suites inside a private club community on the Atlantic Ocean. The operator names no city, only Florida and the Miami area.

• Shore Club 2027

  Miami Beach, United States. The Shore Club is due to debut in 2027 at 1901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, on a three-acre property with 175 feet of oceanfront. The operator gives the year with no month.

• The Apurva Kempinski Ubud 2027

  Indonesia. The Apurva Kempinski Ubud Bali is a planned resort of 160 rooms and villas on a south-facing ridge in central Bali, close to the rice terraces and coffee plantations of Tegalalang village.

• The Birdsall 2027

  Houston, United States. The Birdsall will rise as a 34-story tower inside The RO, a new 17-acre urban village in Houston's River Oaks neighborhood. The operator gives 2027 as the opening year, with no month.

• The Knox Hotel & Residences 2027

  Dallas, United States. The Knox will stand at 4555 Travis St in Dallas, on Knox Street along the Katy Trail, with 140 guest rooms and suites.

• The Langham, Kuala Lumpur 2027

  Malaysia. The Langham, Kuala Lumpur is planned for 2027 in the operator's release of 12 November 2024, the latest statement on file.

• The Langham, Venice 2027

  Italy. The Langham, Venice is slated for 2027, according to the operator's release of 28 April 2025. Earlier releases gave 2023 (October 2020) and 2026 (February 2023).

• The Park Gstaad 2027

  Switzerland. The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel is set to open in mid-2027, ready for the summer season, according to the operator's release of May 7, 2026.

• Alila Sengokuhara Hakone 2028

  Japan. Alila Sengokuhara Hakone is scheduled to open in 2028 and will be the first Alila hotel in Japan. Hyatt announced it on June 29, 2026, as part of an agreement with Fujita Corporation, and gives only the year.

• Aman Beverly Hills 2028

  United States. Aman lists the opening of Aman Beverly Hills as 2028. The hotel will have 78 suites and will stand within the One Beverly Hills development, at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards.

• Aman Miami Beach 2028

  United States. Aman Miami Beach is set to open in 2028 at 3425 Collins Avenue, on the sands overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and adjacent to the Faena District. It will have 56 rooms and suites, 22 branded residences and an Aman Club.

• Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla 2028

  Spain. Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla is slated to open in 2028, as the operator stated in its release of June 4, 2026.

• Raffles Courchevel 2028

  Courchevel 1850, France. Raffles Courchevel is slated to open for the 2028 winter season, according to Accor's release of 13 May 2026, and Raffles' own opening page gives the same season.

• Regent Karuizawa 2028

  Japan. Regent Karuizawa is a planned 58-key onsen retreat in the historic town of Karuizawa, in Nagano Prefecture.

• Regent Kyoto 2028

  Japan. Regent Kyoto is under construction in Okazaki, which IHG describes as one of the city's most affluent areas, and is set to open in 2028. IHG and GI Capital Management held a ground-breaking ceremony on 29 May 2025.

• Rosewood Mexico City 2028

  Mexico. Rosewood Mexico City is expected to open in 2028, in the Polanco district. It will have 133 accommodations, 35 of them suites, in the grand tower of Antara's new build expansion at Av. Ejército Nacional 843.

• Six Senses Comporta 2028

  Portugal. Six Senses Comporta is planned for the Pinheirinho estate, a few miles south of Comporta on the Atlantic coast of Portugal.

• Six Senses Lake Como 2028

  Cadenabbia di Griante, Italy. Six Senses Lake Como will occupy the Grand Hotel Cadenabbia on the western shore of Lake Como, in Cadenabbia di Griante.
