Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla

Opens in 2028

Four Seasons Hotel Sevilla is slated to open in 2028, as the operator stated in its release of June 4, 2026. It will occupy a landmark building on Plaza Nueva in the Arenal Quarter, near the Sevilla Cathedral, the Archivo de Indias and the Royal Alcázar, all UNESCO World Heritage sites.

The five-storey building dates to the mid-20th century and will go through a complete revitalization. Madrid-based Lamela leads the architecture, and AD100 honouree Belén Domecq is behind the interiors. About 55 guest rooms are planned, from 40 to 117 square metres, including an expansive Presidential Suite, with skyline views and open-air terraces.

Three outlets are planned: a street-level restaurant opening onto Plaza Nueva, a rooftop restaurant and bar with city views, and a ground-floor lounge. A spa, a fitness centre and a rooftop pool overlooking the historic skyline are also planned. Sevilla is 2.5 hours from Madrid, and Blasson, a Spanish real estate investment firm, is the investment partner.

The operator's wording, “Opening in 2028, the Hotel will introduce Four Seasons legendary service in one of Spain’s most historic cities”, was read on its own page and last checked 31 October 2026.
