Opens in 2027
The Shore Club is due to debut in 2027 at 1901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, on a three-acre property with 175 feet of oceanfront. The operator gives the year with no month. Albert Anis designed the Art Deco hotel in 1949, and the property takes in The Cromwell Hotel, an Art Deco contemporary built in 1939. Witkoff and Monroe Capital appointed Auberge Collection to manage it.
A March 2024 release gave 73 rooms and suites, including a penthouse, and the operator's current page gives no count. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designs a new 18-story residential tower, Kobi Karp Architecture is the preservation consultant, and London-based Bryan O'Sullivan Studio leads the interiors. The residential side includes 49 residences and an 8,000 sq ft beach house.
Beach access is direct, with 175 feet of beach, beach service and cabanas. The operator's pages mention two pools in one place and three in another, plus a pool bar with a DJ. Dining includes a lobby bar, a café and terrace and a signature restaurant clad in warm woods and ocean-inspired marble hues, though none has a published name. The Beauty Atelier Spa is the wellness venue.
The operator's wording, “Debuting 2027”, was read on its own page and last checked 31 October 2026.
