Opens in 2027
The Knox will stand at 4555 Travis St in Dallas, on Knox Street along the Katy Trail, with 140 guest rooms and suites. The operator is taking bookings for stays beginning January 29th and says in an October 2026 release that the hotel will debut early 2027. Rates start at $1,000, and the trail's 3.5-mile green corridor is directly accessible.
Martin Brudnizki Design Studio designs the interiors. Guest room types run from Knox King to Manor King, with or without a balcony, and two- and three-bedroom apartments named Abbott House, Hester House and Hyland House are for longer stays. The largest suite, The Manse, will have a private fitness space, wellness room, bar and media room, and the Promenade Suite will have a 2,100 sq ft terrace. Chad Dorsey Design is behind 48 private residences.
The operator describes four dining and drinking venues without naming them: a signature restaurant serving Americana classics, a salon next door for European-style dining and champagne, an evening cocktail lounge and poolside dining. A pool garden has skyline views, and the Wellbeing by Auberge spa centers on skin health and longevity with a thermal bathing journey. Love Field is 20 minutes away and DFW 40, and valet parking is $75 per vehicle, per night.
The operator's wording, “debuts in 2027”, was read on its own page and last checked 31 October 2026.
