Fairmont Bangkok Sukhumvit is Fairmont's first hotel in Thailand. The opening was announced on 18 August 2026, with stays bookable from that day, in partnership with Asset World Corp. It has 416 guestrooms and 58 suites at 10/1 Sukhumvit 20, in Khlong Toei.
PIA, a Thai architectural and interior design practice, designed the hotel around Thailand's botanical heritage. The lobby chandelier, inspired by the ratchaphruek blossom, comprises 4,166 glass pieces and over 35,000 crystal balls. Suites include a 65 sqm Fairmont Gold Junior Suite and a 280 sqm Presidential Suite, and the largest listed, a two-bedroom Fairmont Gold Presidential suite, measures 325 sqm.
Harper's is a North American-French brasserie, AELA Social Bar becomes the cocktail bar after sunset, and CAYA Pool Club serves contemporary Thai street food. The August release lists Wiggle Room, a supper club with its own entrance at Sukhumvit Soi 18, for mid-September 2026, and two rooftop dining concepts on level 33 for December 2026. Fairmont Spa takes its inspiration from the jasmine flower, and the spa, the outdoor pool and Fairmont Studio are open around the clock to in-house guests.
The hotel page cites convenient access to BTS Asok, Phrom Phong and MRT Sukhumvit stations and offers airport transfers on request, and cats and dogs up to 30 kg are welcome.
