The date moved later than first announced.
Masseria Furnirussi, Emblems Collection will open in April 2027 in Serrano (Lecce), in Salento, Puglia. Accor's release of 2 December 2025 said mid 2026, so the date has moved. The hotel page describes an estate built from white local stone between the Adriatic and Ionian coasts, within a fig orchard that it says holds Europe's widest diversity of fig varieties.
It will have 60 rooms and suites in ten categories, from a 28 sqm Superior Room to a 75 sqm Emblematic Suite. Seven of the ten categories will come with a private pool, and the page says just two Heritage Suites with Country View exist, at 63 sqm each.
Dining will be spread over four venues. SIKO Restaurant & Bar will cook soil and sea cuisine, The Emblematic Table will be fire-led, Breakfast at the Masseria will use seasonal ingredients from land and orchard, and Ipogeo Cellar will be for local and global wines. The Purist Retreat & Spa will have a hammam, a sauna, an indoor pool, a gym and two treatment rooms, and the outdoor pool is described as mirroring a natural lake.
Lecce is 15 to 20 km away on the page's FAQ and 30 km on the hotel page. The page lists check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00.
