The hotel has 134 guestrooms, including five Houses, its largest suites: Prinsengracht House, Huis 020, Keizersgracht House, Library House and Herengracht House. The hotel page counts 41 suites. Studio Piet Boon designed the interiors, more than a thousand artworks are placed through the building, and Piet Oudolf designed the garden called De Tuin. The opening release put room rates from EUR 1,200 including breakfast and VAT.

Eeuwen is the signature restaurant, led by Chef de Cuisine David Ordóñez. Advocatuur is the cocktail bar, with a small distillery for jenever, and The Court is the lobby lounge for all-day dining and afternoon tea. Asaya Spa covers 560 square metres with a pool, sauna, steam room and five treatment rooms, and the fitness centre is open 24 hours. Schiphol is 15 km away, and the nearest tram stop, Prinsengracht, is a 110 metre walk.
