Regent Jeddah Corniche is planned as the first Regent hotel in the Middle East. IHG's release of 29 June 2026 says it is due to open in 2027. The date has moved: IHG's July 2023 release set the opening for mid-2024, when the hotel was named Regent Jeddah.

The hotel will stand on the Jeddah Corniche with views of the Formula 1 racetrack, and the 2023 release gives close to 182 rooms facing the Red Sea across 29 stories, with five penthouses. Almuhaysin Group signed the management agreement with IHG.

The 2023 release lists a 1,500 sqm spa by Raison d'Etre, a 200 sqm health club, indoor and outdoor pools, and three concept eateries and a lounge. IHG names Regent Jeddah Corniche among the hotels that will carry its Regent Spa & Wellness concept, and its February 2026 release includes images of a spa treatment room and a gym.
