Kempinski Royal Residence Nymphenburg is an 836 square metre private villa inside the Nymphenburg Palace gardens in Munich. Kempinski began managing it exclusively on 1 March 2025, in partnership with HRH Prince Luitpold von Bayern and the Royal Family of Bavaria, and reservations opened the same day. Kempinski took over management of an existing property, so the date marks the start of its management, not of the house.
The villa spreads over three floors with four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a fitness room, meeting space, a home cinema and a wine cellar. The private garden has a majolica terrace for up to 100 guests. The Master Suite is a corner suite with a view of the palace and royal gardens through four tall windows.
Nymphenburg porcelain is on show throughout, along with pieces by artists including Damien Hirst and Nick Knight. A stay includes daily breakfast, round-trip airport transfers, 24/7 butler service and a chauffeured limousine, and a private chef can cook in the designer kitchen. Overnight rates start from EUR 25,000, or USD 26,250.
“Kempinski will manage the private residence exclusively from 1 March, 2025.”
