Kempinski Hotel Brazzaville opened in December 2025 on the Congo River, in the capital of the Republic of Congo. Kempinski's release of 3 December 2025 reports a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the first purpose-built luxury hotel in the city, and its release of 30 April 2026 says the hotel was inaugurated last December. Al Othman Holding developed it, and it is Kempinski's first property in Africa since Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra opened in 2015.

There are 197 rooms and suites, several with private balconies over the river, and the riverfront site faces Kinshasa. Five restaurants and bars are led by Chef Michael Berthelot, among them Mosaic, a buffet restaurant, La Capitale, with European-inspired cuisine, and Le Café de Paris. The April release adds 12 Waypoint, described as the city's first rooftop lounge bar. The hotel has a pool, a fitness centre and a Kids' Club.

Event space totals more than 870 m², including a ballroom for 600 guests. Maya-Maya International Airport is a 15-minute journey away.

“Inaugurated last December on the banks of the Congo River, Kempinski Hotel Brazzaville offers an international luxury experience unlike any other in the capital, swiftly establishing itself as a new reference point in Central Africa.”
