Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab opened in March 2025 on the Umm Suqeim 3 beachfront in Dubai, beside Jumeirah Beach Hotel and in view of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. It completes what Jumeirah calls its nautical trilogy. A December 2024 release gave April 2025 as the first date for stays, and Jumeirah's October 2025 release says the resort opened in March 2025.

Shaun Killa designed the building, which takes its cues from superyachts. It has 386 rooms and suites, made up of 300 rooms and 86 suites, each with a terrace facing the sea or marina, and 82 serviced residences. The marina has 82 berths for yachts up to 61 metres. Inside, the design draws on the form of Italian Riva boats, and the lobby has a chandelier of more than 1,500 hand-blown crystals.

There are 11 restaurants and four bars. The Fore serves breakfast and turns into four restaurants, Madame Li, Mirabelle, The Bombay Club and Umi Kei, while Iliana is Greek-Mediterranean and Rialto draws on Italy's golden age. Talise Spa covers three floors and 3,500 square metres, with a 20-metre indoor pool and 13 treatment suites. The hotel's own page lists four pools and a private beach, where the December 2024 release counted five outdoor pools and two private beaches.

“Opened in March 2025, the resort features 300 rooms, 86 suites, and 82 private residences, along with 11 signature restaurants, four bars, and a 3,500 square-metre Talise Spa pioneering next-generation wellness technologies.”
