Raffles announced the debut of Raffles Jeddah in a release of 25 May 2026 that gives no opening date. Accor's December 2024 roundup had given mid-2025 and its December 2025 roundup early 2026. The hotel stands on the Jeddah Corniche with views across the Red Sea and is, in the release's words, the brand's second property in Saudi Arabia, after Raffles Makkah Palace.
It has 182 guestrooms, 40 of them suites, each with Red Sea views and starting from about 66 square metres. Robert Angell conceived the guestrooms, suites and public spaces, and Tristan Du Plessis the spa and wellness areas. The architecture draws on Hejazi design, including mashrabiya screens and carved wood latticework. King Abdulaziz International Airport is a 25-minute drive.
Surl'O is an all-day brasserie overlooking the Red Sea. Atorie Lounge & Patisserie pairs French patisserie with Japanese precision and serves afternoon tea from a tea trolley, and a third restaurant will be introduced later. Raffles Spa and Wellness has separate areas for women and men, with Moroccan hammams, fitness centres and pools, plus a private couple's suite. The Pearl and Crystal Ballrooms and six meeting rooms handle events. A 48-floor tower, Raffles Residences Jeddah, stands next door.
“Raffles Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce the debut of Raffles Jeddah, a glamorous new landmark standing gracefully along the city's historic Corniche.”
