Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jacksonville is set to open in 2027, according to the operator's release of September 23, 2026, which announced its general manager, Melissa Sims. The date was first given in July 2023, and the operator's roundup of October 20, 2026 lists the hotel among openings anticipated in 2027 and beyond.
The hotel will stand on the banks of the St. Johns River as the centerpiece of the Jacksonville Shipyards, next to the city's Sports Complex, with direct marina access planned. HKS is the lead design architect, ODA is the interior designer and EDSA the landscape designer, and Pininfarina America created the initial concept. The plan is for 170 rooms and suites and 26 Private Residences.
Four dining and lounge outlets are planned, including a signature rooftop restaurant and bar, an all-day restaurant, a pool bar and grill and a lobby bar. There will also be a spa, a gym, multiple outdoor pools with cabana service and a redeveloped marina on the river.
