Conrad Hamburg opened in September 2025, when Hilton announced the hotel on September 18. It is the Conrad brand's first hotel in Germany. The hotel occupies the second to eighth floors of the Levantehaus, an Art Nouveau building from 1912 designed by Franz Bach and Carl Bensel, at Bugenhagenstraße 8 in Hamburg's Kunstmeile, the Art Mile.
It has 283 guest rooms and suites, including 28 studios with kitchenettes and 29 suites. The 232-square-metre Presidential Suite is the largest, with a private balcony and a fireplace. The guest rooms use deep blues, warm greys, dark reds and copper tones, and works by German contemporary artists run through the building, among them Ada Isensee's coloured leaded glass ceiling.
GRETA OTO is the restaurant, serving Latin American cuisine to 110 guests with 48 more seats on the courtyard terrace, and the GRETA OTO Bar has a cigar lounge beside it. The spa and fitness area covers 1,000 square metres and includes Hamburg's longest indoor pool; the release said the spa was set to open soon. Nine event venues include boardrooms from 43 square metres and rooms of up to 228 square metres for as many as 220 guests. Rates in the release started from €300 per night for two people sharing.
