Conrad Corfu is set to open in spring 2027, according to Hilton's roundup of October 29, 2026. Hilton's October 2025 release, which announced the signing, said only that the hotel was expected to open in 2027. Hilton calls it its first luxury resort in Greece. It sits on Corfu's southern coast with a 200-metre beachfront. Hilton signed it under a franchise agreement with the Troulis family, and Numo Hotels and Resorts will manage it.
The resort will have 136 rooms, suites and villas, most with heated private pools, hot tubs or direct access to the Aqua Piazza, a reflective lagoon that Hilton calls the social heart of the hotel. Cube Concept is the architect, Hotel IM and Place in Space Architects did the interiors, and the palette is terracotta, stone and layered greens. A four-bedroom, 280-square-metre villa has a private terrace.
Alexandros Tsiotinis, whose Athens restaurant CTC holds one Michelin star, will create the menu for a fine-dining restaurant on the beach. The hotel will have three restaurants and two bars in all. The Conrad Spa has five therapy rooms, and the resort adds indoor and outdoor heated pools, two tennis courts, an open-air cinema and a kids club with a treehouse-style micro village among olive trees.
